...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN UINTAH COUNTY
THROUGH 1230 PM MDT...

At 1202 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 43
miles northwest of Fruita, or 52 miles northwest of Grand Junction,
moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Uintah
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
