...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN RIO BLANCO COUNTY
THROUGH 530 PM MDT...

At 448 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 17
miles southwest of Rangely, or 46 miles southeast of Vernal, moving
east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rangely.

This includes the following highways...
 Colorado 64 between mile markers 16 and 23.
 Colorado 139 between mile markers 46 and 72.
