Synoptic Overview: An upper level low (centered over Iowa at
18Z) will progress southward into MO-IL (today).. then stall

across the Rockies (tonight) and High Plains (Wed).

Expect a clearing trend today followed by clear skies and a
modest warming trend on Wednesday.. as the aforementioned ridge
shifts eastward over the region. Breezy (15-30 mph) N-NNW winds
this afternoon will become light/variable this evening and

as the MSLP pattern re-orients in response to the development
of a modest lee trough in Colorado.

Central/Southern MS River Valley. As long as the cut-off low
remains well downstream of the Tri-State area (as guidance
presently indicates).. expect benign weather and near average
temperatures.. climatology.
