This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A few strong to potentially severe thunderstorms are forecast from
early afternoon through mid evening for locations generally
northwest of a line from Sharon Springs to Norton. Wind gusts around
65 MPH, hail near 1.5 inches, and excessive rainfall reducing
visibility will be the main hazards from the stronger storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...

Heat indices of 100 to 105 degrees are possible Monday and Tuesday
afternoons generally east of Highway 25.
