...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT YUMA COUNTY THROUGH 330 PM MDT...

At 256 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles southwest of
Highland Center to 5 miles southwest of Burdett. Movement was east at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of Yuma County,
including the following locations... Abarr, Beecher Island, and
Heartstrong.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 221 and 259.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
