...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WALLACE...
SOUTHWESTERN THOMAS...NORTHWESTERN LOGAN AND SOUTHEASTERN SHERMAN
COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM MDT/200 AM CDT/...

At 1232 AM MDT/132 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 12 miles north of Wallace, or 15 miles northeast of
Sharon Springs, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern
Wallace, southwestern Thomas, northwestern Logan and southeastern
Sherman Counties.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 31 and 44.
