At 1122 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles southeast of Winona, or 18 miles southwest of Oakley, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...Nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Winona around 1135 PM CDT. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
