...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT...

For the following areas...

Nearshore waters from Washington Island to Sheboygan...
Open waters of Lake Michigan from Rock Island Passage to Sheboygan...

At 326 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from near Jacksonport to near Two
Creeks to near Manitowoc to 11 nm east of Oshkosh, moving southeast
at 70 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural
         damage in high winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly
         higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Kewaunee Pierhead Light, Rawley Point Light, Two Rivers, Sturgeon Bay
Ship Canal Light, Detroit Island, Manitowoc, Cana Island Light,
Whitefish Point, and Algoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
