...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN VILAS COUNTY...

At 1201 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 21 miles northwest of Porcupine Mountains State
Park to near Bessemer to 7 miles northeast of Butternut to 8 miles
northeast of Ladysmith. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Winchester around 1225 AM CDT.
  Lac Du Flambeau around 1240 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Van Vliet Hemlocks
Natural Area, Presque Isle, and Manitowish Waters.
