...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL MCDOWELL...CENTRAL
MADISON...BUNCOMBE AND CENTRAL YANCEY COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM EDT...

At 152 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles northeast of Marshall to 4 miles north
of Downtown Asheville to 15 miles northwest of Hendersonville.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Downtown Asheville, Burnsville, Marshall, East Asheville, West
Asheville, North Asheville, Black Mountain, Woodfin, Swannanoa, and
Weaverville.
