* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of Mexico.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 7 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small Craft Advisories will likely be
  extended through Wednesday as winds strengthen to 20 to 30
  knots and seas rise to 10 to 15 feet.
