.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Strong high pressure will remain far north-northeast of the state
through Friday, keeping moderate to strong trade winds blowing
across the waters. The high will weaken and a trough of low
pressure will amplify west of the state this weekend into early
next week, easing the trades slightly.
