...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN TULARE AND EAST
CENTRAL FRESNO COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM PDT...

At 324 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 19 miles north of Orange Cove to near Cutler.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
East Orosi, Balch Power House, Pinehurst, and Squaw Valley.
