A cold front slowly pushing southward across central Nebraska is
leading to a wide range in temperatures this morning. Temperatures
is morning range from the mid 50s across western Nebraska and
northeast Colorado to near 80 along the Kansas-Oklahoma border. A
few sprinkles are possible across portions of Kansas and Missouri
this morning. A few thunderstorms are expected to develop along
the front this afternoon as it sags into eastern Kansas and
northern Missouri. Some strong to severe storms are possible from
this afternoon through tonight across eastern Kansas and Missouri.
Afternoon highs will be in the 90s while overnight lows will be in
the 60s and 70s.

Some rain chances may linger across southern Missouri Sunday
morning, but these chances will dwindle by Sunday afternoon.
Meanwhile, isolated storms may develop across the High Plains late
Sunday afternoon through Sunday night. Sunday`s highs will be the
90s to low 100s while Sunday night`s lows will be in the 60s and
70s across the region.
