Breezy and warm conditions will prevail tonight across most of mid-America with overnight lows from the mid-60s to the mid-70s. A cold front will move eastward across Nebraska and into northwest Iowa and western Kansas on Tuesday. Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible along the front in the afternoon and evening from northwest Iowa into eastern and south central Nebraska into north central and northwest Kansas. It will remain windy and very warm ahead of the front with highs in the upper 80s to mid-90s with cooler 70s and lower 80s behind the front in western Nebraska and northwest Kansas. $$ KED
