PORTE COUNTIES THROUGH 245 AM EDT/145 AM CDT/...

At 212 AM EDT/112 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near La Crosse to near
Wheatfield to Shelby. Movement was southeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Knox, Winamac, North Judson, Francesville, Hamlet, Medaryville, La
Crosse, Koontz Lake, Pulaski, Oak Grove, Ripley, Monterey, Lomax,
Beardstown, Ober, English Lake, Denham, Brems, Clarks, and Winona.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
