.DISCUSSION...Patchy light morning fog is possible in the
south Sunday and Monday mornings but no significant fog
development is expected elsewhere. Stout mid level ridging will
dominate through Tuesday before shifting west Wednesday.
Temperatures and moisture will gradually increase through Tuesday
before greater rain chances return Wednesday and Thursday.
