Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
404 AM CDT Sat Jun 22 2024

.DISCUSSION...Quiet, but hot, conditions will exist across the
area this weekend into early next week. As both temperatures and humidity
levels increase during this time, so will the concern for
increased heat stress each day. Afternoon minimum relative
humidity values this weekend will generally hover between 35-45%.
Fog development isn`t expected this morning, but some patchy
ground fog can`t be ruled out across mainly southern portions of
the area early Sunday morning.
