CENTRAL HINDS AND SOUTHWESTERN MADISON COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM CDT...

At 528 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Phoenix, or 16 miles northwest of Clinton, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
