            Updates previous flood report from 1 W
            Orange Park. Gano Ave, just east of Bellair
            Blvd to just west of Dolphin St and Bellair
            Blvd from Elk Ct S to Dolphin St were
            impassable due to flooding. Bellair Blvd
            from Kevin Dr to Gano Ave was closed due to
            flooding. Floodwaters inundated garages on
            Bartlett Ave.
