SOUTHEASTERN DUVAL COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM EDT...

At 912 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mandarin, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Mandarin, Fruit Cove, Durbin, Nocatee, Switzerland, and Bayard.
