...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL BACON...NORTHWESTERN
WAYNE AND CENTRAL APPLING COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM EDT...

At 1237 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Odum, or 8 miles northwest of Jesup, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph, pea size hail, and minor flooding
         due to heavy rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jesup, Baxley, Alma, Surrency, Odum, Doctortown, and New Lacy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
