Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
620 AM EDT Sun Jun 9 2024

.DISCUSSION...A cold front will drop south through Kentucky today
bringing a threat of showers to the area along with a chance for
thunderstorms. This threat ends from north to south over the forecast
area this afternoon. After a dry start to the work week we will see
a series of frontal boundaries pass through the area - keeping a
potential for showers and/or thunderstorms in the forecast, mainly in
the afternoon and early evening, for the latter part of the upcoming
week.
