This cloud line is capable of moderate to heavy downpours reducing visbilities, wind gusts of near 20 knots, and potential waterspout activity. Elsewhere, scattered showers are located in the Gulf waters northeast of the Dry Tortugas. Island communities of the Middle and Lower Keys could see rainfall amounts of up to half an inch this afternoon. $$
