This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Strong southerly winds today, will lead to elevated fire weather
conditions, especially across western Nebraska.

Thunderstorms are likely late this afternoon into the overnight across
the area. Severe storms are possible, mainly west of a line from
Maywood to Springview. Damaging winds and locally heavy rain are the
main threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Additional chances for thunderstorms exist Friday night through
Sunday. At this time, the threat for severe storms is uncertain.
