today. Winds will be light with a shift to southerly winds in
western Nebraska this afternoon. Highs today will range from the
upper 70s in the eastern Sandhills, to the middle 80s in
southwestern Nebraska.

Overnight tonight into early Friday morning, there will be an
increased threat for isolated thunderstorms over the northeastern
Nebraska Panhandle and northwestern Sandhills. Elsewhere, expect
dry and mainly clear skies. Lows tonight will be in the 50s.
