Northwestern McPherson County in west central Nebraska... * Until 945 PM CDT/845 PM MDT/. * At 918 PM CDT/818 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Swan Lake, or 22 miles northeast of Arthur, moving south at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
