...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN JEFFERSON DAVIS AND
EASTERN CALCASIEU PARISHES THROUGH 1215 PM CDT...

At 1149 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lake Charles, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Welsh, Iowa, Fenton, Lake Charles
Regional Airport, Moss Bluff, Buller, Lebleu Settlement, Holmwood,
Carlyss, and Lacassine.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 22 and 55.
 Interstate 210 between mile markers 1 and 12.
