For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Broad area of high pressure around 30.10 inches spread
across the Great Lakes will resulting in light north/northeast
winds across the region today. High pressure lingers through
Saturday while the next low pressure system drifts into the
Midwest which will then pull a cold front through the region
early Sunday.

.TONIGHT...Light and variable winds. A chance of showers in the
evening...then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after
midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots. Showers likely and a chance
of thunderstorms in the morning...then showers and a chance of
thunderstorms in the afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall possible
in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the
southeast after midnight. Showers and a chance of thunderstorms
in the evening...then showers likely and a chance of
thunderstorms after midnight. Locally heavy rainfall possible in
the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet after
midnight.
.SUNDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots backing to the northwest
early in the afternoon. A chance of thunderstorms in the
morning...then a chance of showers in the afternoon. Waves 2 to
4 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots late in the morning...then veering to the northwest 5 to
10 knots late in the afternoon veering to the southeast late in
the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to
4 feet.
