483 FZUS63 KDTX 250805 GLFLH Open Lake Forecast for Lake Huron National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI 405 AM EDT Tue Jun 25 2024 For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.50 inches, generates a complex of thunderstorms that track into the western and central Great Lakes this morning. Some of these storms could be severe. A slow moving cold front then offers additional storm chances late today and tonight mainly south of Lake Huron and closer to western Lake Erie.
