Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will occasionally be encountered. .SYNOPSIS... Storms will move east off of northern Lake Michigan this morning. Very gusty winds will be associated with any storms. By this afternoon, winds should be lighter and more westerly. Pressures are expected to rise or remain steady near 29.8 inches later today through Wednesday. Isolated showers or thunderstorms will remain into early Wednesday over most parts of the lake. Wind direction will then shift to northerly on Wednesday following the passage of a cold front. A drying trend can be expected late Wednesday through Thursday, bringing pleasant weather.
