...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT RUSSELL...SOUTH CENTRAL CASEY
AND SOUTHEASTERN ADAIR COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT/400 PM CDT/...

At 430 PM EDT/330 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 8 miles west of Jamestown, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jamestown, Russell Springs, Horntown, Eli, Cundiff, Gadberry,
Jericho, Windsor, Teddy, and Webbs Cross Roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT/700 PM
CDT/ for south central and central Kentucky.
