...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM PDT MONDAY DUE TO STRONG
NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

.DISCUSSION...A long duration of strong northwest to north winds
will continue across the fire location through Monday evening,
with gusts as high as 50 mph across ridgetops. Winds are expected
to weaken slightly by late Monday night and Tuesday when there
will likely be a wind shift to the northeast. The warmest and
driest conditions are expected to occur on the southern portions
of the fire where downslope flow will be enhanced. The combination
of strong winds and low humidity has resulted in the issuance of a
Red Flag Warning for the fire area through Monday afternoon, but
there is a 40 percent chance of Red Flag Warnings being extended
into Tuesday as the northeast flow could potentially lower
humidity levels to below 10 percent.
