.DISCUSSION...
A warming trend is expected on Thursday, with highs rising into the
lower 90s. Minimum humidities will improve slightly as the marine
layer returns to coastal areas, allowing some moisture to move over
the Rx location. There is a 20-30 percent chance that min. RH
values could be 15-17 percent Thursday afternoon. Light north winds
in the morning will increase some from the west in the afternoon,
and mixing heights are expected to be very high during the mid to
late afternoon hours.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....60 at 0900. Max 89-93.
Min humidity........65-69 percent at 0900. Min 10-14 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds 3 mph or less becoming west 3 to 5
                    mph at 1400.
Wind (20 ft)........North winds 3 to 4 mph at 0900 becoming west
                    6 to 10 mph at 1400.
Ridgetop wind.......North winds 3 to 5 mph becoming west 8 to 12
                    mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......1600 ft AGL at 0900, rising to 9600 ft AGL at
                    1400 hours, then peaking at 10100 ft AGL late
                    in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Light winds at 0900 becoming west 4 to 6 mph
                    in the afternoon.
