.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft to the east of the area will thin
the marine layer depth through the weekend, but a cooler and moist
weather pattern will remain with clouds struggling to clear over the
next several days. Sea breezes will develop each afternoon around
climatological normals.

.FRIDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent) with patchy fog through
                    1500 hours then becoming mostly cloudy
                    (50-60 percent). After 1600 hours, becoming
                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent).
Max temperature.....59-63 degrees.
Min humidity........76-80 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northwest winds 5 to 7 mph. Gusts to 10 mph
                    after 1100 hours.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 10 to 14 mph. Gusts to 20 mph
                    after 1100 hours.

.FRIDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Becoming cloudy (90-100 percent) with patchy
                    fog.
Min temperature.....50-52 degrees.
