.DISCUSSION...
Gusty north winds have resulted in minimum humidities dropping into the
mid teens this afternoon and evening, and poor to fair humidity
recoveries are expected overnight. The gusty northerly winds will
persist through around midnight, and will gradually diminish into
Friday morning. A shift to weaker but still gusty south winds is
expected Friday afternoon and evening, and again Saturday afternoon.
Minimum humidities will remain fairly low through the period, but
should recover somewhat under the shift to onshore flow. Daytime
highs will remain warm, near or just above 90 degrees.
