.DISCUSSION...
A slight cooling trend will take place Wednesday into Thursday, with increasing
moisture expected as the marine layer redevelops and low clouds move over the
Rx area Wednesday night into early Thursday. There is a 30 percent chance that
low clouds don`t affect the site, but humidities will still rebound due to the
near proximity of the moist layer. Gusty northwest winds are expected each day
during the afternoon hours.

Max temperature.....73-78.
Min humidity........32-35 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northwest winds 4 to 6 mph increasing to 6 to 8 mph
                    with gusts to 10 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 8 to 12 mph increasing to 13 to 15 mph
                    with gusts to 20 mph.
Ridgetop wind.......Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph.
