This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Heat index values near 105 degrees are forecast across the extreme
southeastern Texas Panhandle and the Rolling Plains on Tuesday and
Thursday afternoon. Heat index values between 105 and 108 degrees
are also forecast on Wednesday afternoon across portions of the
Rolling Plains.

Low chances for late-afternoon and evening thunderstorms remain in
the forecast for portions of the extreme southern Texas Panhandle
and South Plains from Tuesday through Friday. Storm chances will
then continue into next weekend across portions of the Caprock and
Rolling Plains.
