...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low
  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on
  Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is
  flooded. Compromise Street is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at
  1:22 AM and 12:44 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Cecil County.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 10 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, minor shoreline flooding begins near
  Charlestown.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Port Deposit is at 4:38 PM and
  5:54 AM. The next high tide at Chesapeake City is at 5:39 PM and
  6:16 AM. The next high tide at Charlestown is at 5:06 PM and
  6:22 AM.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low
  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in the District of Columbia, Arlington
  County, and the City of Alexandria.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the
  seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road and
  near the Tidal Basin. Water is expected to approach the curb
  near the intersection of King Street and Strand Street in
  Alexandria.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 3:23 AM
  and 4:15 PM. The next high tide at Alexandria is at 3:24 PM and
  3:41 AM.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Charles and King George Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water reaches yards near Cobb Island
  and docks near Dahlgren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 10:22 PM and 10:52
  AM. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 11:15 PM and 12:07 PM.
  The next high tide at Indian Head is at 3:09 AM and 4:01 PM.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in
  low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George
  Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the
  east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.
  Mary`s River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 9:29 PM and
  10:21 AM. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 10:05 PM and
  10:57 AM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 9:02 PM and
  8:56 AM.

  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, water begins to go over the bulkhead at
  the Havre de Grace Yacht Basin in multiple locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 5:07 PM and
  5:08 AM.

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low
  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Southern Baltimore County and the city of
  Baltimore.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, flooding is occurring at the end of
  Thames Street in Baltimore. Water covers the promenade in the
  Inner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water begins
  encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 2:30
  AM and 2:24 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low
  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Calvert County.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, water is expected to reach backyards
  near 9th Street in North Beach, and could approach 9th Street.
  At 3.0 feet, parking lots near Charles Street in Solomons
  begin to flood, with several inches of water covering low-
  lying portions of Charles Street and Williams Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Chesapeake Beach is at 11:43 PM
  and 11:37 AM. The next high tide at Solomons Island is at 9:57
  PM and 9:54 AM.
