.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A slow-moving front and area of low pressure will pass through
during the middle of the week. High pressure will build to the north
 as the remnants of Helene spiral around an upper low to the
southwest this weekend into early next week. Small Craft Advisories
may be needed at times Friday through the weekend.
