Southwesterly winds may occasionally gust to around 20 knots on
portions of the tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island
through 5 AM. Inexperienced mariners, especially those in small craft,
should exercise caution and be prepared for locally higher winds
and waves.
