  10 kt with gusts up to 20 kt expected. For the second Small
  Craft Advisory, north winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this
  afternoon to 9 PM EDT this evening. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, from 4 AM to 11 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
