upper 90s along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Lows 62 to 67. In the mountains,
northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Along the Rio Grande, northeast winds
10 to 15 mph in the evening becoming light and variable.
