...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN PECOS...BREWSTER AND
WEST CENTRAL TERRELL COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

At 614 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Marathon, or 25 miles east of Alpine, moving east
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Alpine, Sanderson, Persimmon Gap, Marathon, Alpine-Casparis Municipal
Airport, Santiago Peak, Elephant Mountain, Sierra Madera, and
Elephant Mountain Wildlife Management Area.

This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 277 and 289.
