A dry trough will move through tonight cooling temperatures on
Sunday and delivering good overnight recoveries tonight and Sunday
night, but increasing the wind speeds at ridge level. Valley
locations under the inversions at night should maintain diurnal
flows, while afternoon breezes are expected to be a little
stronger on Sunday than normal. Warm and dry conditions will
return under high pressure Monday into Tuesday.

Sunday and delivering good overnight recoveries tonight and Sunday
night for most valleys except the Shasta Valley, where moderate
recoveries will linger tonight. The dry front will also increase
the wind speeds at ridge level, and areas east of the Cascades.
Warm and dry conditions will return under high pressure Monday
into Tuesday.

Critical wind and humidity conditions are expected Sunday
afternoon with at least an 80 percent chance of occuring. Gusts of
up to 35 mph will be possible across much of the Modoc Plateau.
High pressure returns Monday into Tuesday with warming and dry
afternoons, and moderate overnight recoveries are expected.
