If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION...A strong inversion is anticipated to set up tonight, and this could lead to very poor smoke dispersion Friday in the lowest 3000 feet. Of course, the main caveat is how much smoke will actually be introduce into the atmosphere, but as it stands now that inversion may not break at all through the afternoon hours. Even during peak mixing in the afternoon, there is evidence of a secondary inversion around 2000-3000ft that may stick around all day. Light and variable winds expected to start the day, but a northwest wind will become dominant in the afternoon. Otherwise, dry and warm conditions are expected through the next week. .FRIDAY...
