.DISCUSSION...By 9pm, wind speeds will start to decrease, and
will remain relatively light (<4mph) through the overnight
period. Directionally speaking, some wind direction variability is
expected overnight, but a general northwest/north wind can be
expected. By midnight, forecast RH values should be on their way
above 40%, with overnight recoveries maxing out around 65-70
percent tonight/Wednesday morning. Overnight, a very dry and
stable layer is expected aloft (above the fire), and not expecting
very good mixing overnight. This stable airmass aloft may not
start mixing until about 11am tomorrow (Wednesday). Expecting
breezy/gusty winds from the northwest tomorrow ahead of this next
system. Wind speeds could be about 2-3 mph stronger tomorrow
afternoon for sustained and gusts compared to today. Peak wind is
expected between 2pm and 8pm tomorrow.
