277 FNUS76 KMFR 170323 FWSMFR Spot Forecast for 2024 Morgan Point RX...Mid Klamath Watershed Council National Weather Service MEDFORD OR 823 PM PDT Sun Jun 16 2024 Forecast is based on ignition time of 2000 PDT on June 16. If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION...The region on Monday will be under the influence of a large scale trough over the PNW/NorCal. This should lead to winds generally following the general wind pattern at this burn site during day. Inversions are expected to form each night. This burn site is expected to be below the inversion Monday night and this will allow for the winds to follow diurnal patterns below it. As high pressure builds in Tuesday morning through the remainder of the week, the inversion may lower with time. That said, humidities are expected to recover fully each night at least through Wednesday night. The forecasted RH is generally expected to rise above 20% around 7 PM each day, and remain there overnight until about 9 AM. There is no afternoon where the best- guess forecast has a relative humidity above 20% at its lowest. Monday is the only day where there is not a single digit probability that the humidity doesn`t drop below 20% in the afternoon. **Thanks for the awesome remarks section.
