* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
  27. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27
  possible.

* WHERE...For both the Freeze Warning and Freeze Watch, Lake County,
  eastern Klamath County, northwest to southeast Modoc County, and
  northeast Siskiyou County. This includes Klamath Falls, Tulelake,
  Chiloquin, Sprague River, Valley Falls, and Alturas.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM PDT this morning. For
  the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
