Light west to southwest winds will limit the inland extent of the east coast sea breeze, and the boundary is forecast to remain east of the burn site. Eastward moving showers and storms are forecast to develop this afternoon ahead of the west coast sea breeze. Coverage of showers and storms increases in vicinity of the burn site after 4 pm as boundary collisions happen nearby. Winds become variable in vicinity of thunderstorms generally remaining 35 mph or less. High temperatures will climb into the low 90s. Muggy conditions will produce heat index values up to 104 degrees. Poor to fair smoke dispersion is forecast. .TODAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (35-45 percent).
